Somewhere in the goal of developing web sites comes a great deal of visuals. From layout to icons, graphics, logo's, photo collages, and once there is a look, sometimes out of the blue, sometimes out of nessessity, came requests for print ads, print collateral, identity development. I first thought this business was a web design business but when two page spreads come along, or bonus work would appear out of the blue like when I accidentally redesigned a companies logo because I needed a really quick placeholder for it, simple, type in name quick, oh, put it in that font for fun, that works, it was a quick sketch of a placeholder that turned into an ID campaign.

Some web designers are more artists, others more geeks, I rather enjoy playing in that middle ground where I get to be both. It helps the web site, it helps the company behind the web site. While being one of the worst people to market myself I seem to be fine helping others do so. Maybe its part of being a team. Also, having spent much time as a photographer, I'm keen on photo collages. While my emphasis has been on web development, all areas of design have appeal to me. Here are some of the projects I have done thru time.
